繪本名家Emily Gravett備受歡迎的系列第三集：森林蟲蟲危機？！

獾先生彼德正專心從他的水果食譜裡挑出一道最美味的佳餚，但他實在無法專心，因為在旁邊飛來飛去的小蒼蠅實在太煩啦！
左揮右趕，蒼蠅卻越來越多，蒼蠅開始聚集成群，接著整個森林都被各種小蟲騷擾，動物們都受不了了，於是大家通力合作，終於把所有的蟲蟲都抓起來放在罐子裡，這下終於一切就恢復正常了吧？正當森林裡的動物們都這樣想的時候，赫然發現，快秋天了卻沒有任何一顆莓果結實，動物的便便也沒辦法分解...到底是為什麼呢？難道跟被抓起來的蟲蟲有關？
愛因斯坦曾說，若蜜蜂消失，人類也只僅存四年壽命，因為沒有蜜蜂授粉，蔬菜穀類作物都無法生長，人類便會立即陷入嚴重的糧食危機。在Emily Gravett繼Tidy、Too Many Stuff，再次用森林動物們作為主角，用簡單的故事講述重要的生態理念，在自然中，每一個物種都扮演著重要的角色，就算是平常看起來很討厭或煩人的昆蟲，也有重要的作用，當一個生物消失，就可能造成整個生態系的失序。

Emily Gravett was born in Brighton. She left school with few qualifications and spent 8 years living on the road (in a variety of vehicles including a truck, caravan and RAF petrol bus called Toby Diesel) before settling back in Brighton and getting a place on the BA(Hons) Illustration course at Brighton University.
Her first picture book WOLVES was published in August 2005 to great acclaim, winning the CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal and a clutch of other awards it marked the beginning of a stellar career creating extraordinary books for children.
Emily has also won the Best Emerging Illustrator Award at the Booktrust Early Years Awards for MONKEY AND ME and the bronze award in the 6-8 age category at the Nestle Children's Book Prize for LITTLE MOUSE'S BIG BOOK OF FEARS. In 2008 Emily was awarded the rare honour of a second CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal for LITTLE MOUSE'S BIG BOOK OF FEARS.
Emily lives in Brighton with her family and their dog, Dilys.
