Dr. Morrow is a Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Literacy Development at Rutgers University.A leading scholar in early literacy, she has published over 300 works on reading education and teacher development.
She founded the Rutgers Reading Club to support struggling readers and continues to promote equity and excellence in literacy education.
